AN ORDINANCE amending Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 2845 pertaining to issuance and revocation
of bicycle licenses and prescribing penalties.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2845 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1. BICYCLE LICENSE REQUIRED: It shall be
unlawful for any person to operate, or being the
owner thereof to permit the operation of, any bicycle
without a valid and subsisting license therefor, to
be known as a "Bicycle License," the fee for which
is hereby fixed in the sum of Fifty Centsr(50¢)
for each license year.
APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
on first reading this ~' day of October, 1973.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this /L Of%ay of October, 1973.
