according to Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
That portion of lots 20-21-22-23-24-25, Block #1,
Brentwood Park, as per plat record in Volume 5 of
Plats, page 6 recorded of Kitsap County, Washington.
Lying west of the westerly margin of State Sign
Route #3 and east of the following line:
Beginning at the S.W. corner of Lot 25 of Brentwood
Park; thence East 100' to the true point of begin-
ning of the line to be described, thence north-
westerly in a straight line to the southeast corner
of property conveyed to Gordon Walgren, etc. (TR. 21)
and the terminus of said line.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Business-Three (B-3) with the restriction that use
thereof shall be limited to residential related uses only.
Section 2. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
That portion of Lots 21-22-23-24-25, Block #1 of
Brentwood Park, as per plat recorded in Volume 5 of
Plats, page 6 recorded of Kitsap County, Washington,
lying west of the westerly margin of State Sign
Route $3 and west of the following line:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 25 of
Brentwood Park; thence East 100' to the true point
of beginning of the line to be described, thence
northwesterly in a straight line to the southeast
corner of property conveyed to Gordon Walgren, etc.
(TR.21) and the terminus of said line.

be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-i) to Residential-Two (R-2) subject to the following
restrictions: That a fifty (50) foot access be provided and
maintained parallel to Highway 3; and that construction be
limited to a height of twenty-five (25) feet above the present
existing access roadway.
