AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance 3053 adopting the
Official Budget of the City of Bremeton for the
year 1973, as authorized by RCW 35.33.120, and
declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BR~IERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from Unappropriated
Cash on Hand:
FROM
Water/Sewer Fund $ 10,000
Federal Revenue Sharing Fund 15,000
TO
Storm Sewer Construction Fund $ 25,000
SECTION 2. There exists, and is hereby declared to exist,
an emergency, and this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preser-
vation of the public peace, health and safety of the citizens of
Bremerton, and shall be in full force and effect immediately upon
passage and publication.
PASSED on first reading by the City Council of the City
of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this~-J~day of JZ7~y
