Section 1. ~ere is her~y created ~in the Water
Supply Depar~ent a position of ~erator II, said position to be
paid~thin the existing 1973 Water Supply Depar~ent Budget~th
a salary of $?18.00 per ~nth, and no appropriation shall be re-
quired.
Secti~ 2. ~ere e~sts, and is hereby declared to
exist, an ~ergency; ~d this ordinance is necessa~ for the
immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety
of the citizens of Br~er~on, and shall be in full force and
effect t~mediately upon passage and publicati~.

Ci~ of Bremerton, si~ed by the hyor and attested by the City
