of funds in LID Nos. 63, 89 and 103.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the City Treasurer shall disburse
all monies remaining in Local Improvement District Fund NOS. 63,
89 and 103,for which no real property is held in trust, on
a pro rata basis, without any reference to numerical
order, to holders of outstanding bonds for each fund, exclusive
of accrued interest thereon.
Section 2. If outstanding bonds contained in local
Improvement District Funds Nos. 63, 89 and 103 are no~ presented
for payment within one year after the date of the final pub-
lication of notice of this ordinance, the money held in Local
Improvement Funds Nos. 63, 89 and 103 should be deemed
abandoned and shall be transferred to the general fund, City
of Bremerton.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
