AN ORDINANCE providing for the establishment of a
special fund to be kno~rn as the "Trust Checking
Account"; and declaring an ~uergency.
THE CITY OF BREME~TON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That a special Trust Checking Account is hereby
established at Peoples National Bank of Washington for the depositing
of all Advance Payments received by the Building Department and for
the remittance of amounts due for permits issued on these Advance
Payment s.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: That an emergency exists
affecting the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the citizens
of the City of Bremerton, and this Ordinance shall take effect immed-
iately following passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously on first reading by the City Council
of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this .,/3F~ day of
