AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance 3053 adopting the
Official Budget of the City of Bremerton for the
year 1973, as authorized by RCW 35.33.120, and
declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated into the General
Fund Receipts - Account No. 335-90-02 the sum of $19,000.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated in the budget of
the Park Dept. the sum of $19,000 to be used in the following accounts:
533-20-11 Salaries $4,800
533-20-13 Personmel Benefits $700
533-20-22 Operating Supplies $500
533-20-63 Improvements $13,000
SECTION 3. This ordinance is required to budget funds
allocated by the State of Washington in accordance with Agreement
No. GC3285 for the purpose of additional landscaping on the North
approach to the Warren Avenue Bridge.
SECTION 4. There exists, and is hereby declared to exist,
an emergency, and this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preser-
vation of the public peace, health and safety of the citizens of
Bremerton, and shall be in full force and effect immediately upon
passage and publication.
PASSED on first reading by the City Council of the City
of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
