maps according to Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity
with Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
That portion of the fractional Northwest quarter of the
Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter, Section 15,
Township 24 North, Range i East, W.M., lying North-
westerly of State Highway No. 21, EXCEPT that portion
conveyed to the City of Charleston by Deed recorded in
Volume 89 of Deeds on Page 60 and EXCEPT that portion
conveyed to Lloyd Waaga and Gladys Waaga, his wife, by
Deed recorded under Auditor's File No. 599008, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the Northwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Section 15, Township 24 North, Range I East, W.M.;
thence North 01°14'03'' East 184.26 feet; thence North
13°50'00'' East 16.13 feet to the true point of beginning,
which point is on the Government Meander line; thence
North 13°50'00'' East 141.51 feet; thence South 88o45'36"
East 215.65 feet; thence South 01°14'03" West 140.00
feet; thence North 88°45'36'' West 246.48 feet to the
point of beginning; ALSO including the tidelands fronting
thereon. Situate in Kitsap County, Washington.

Section 15, Township 24 North, Range i East, W.M.; thence
North 01°14'03'' East 184.26 feet; thence North 13°50'00''
East 16.13 feet to the true point of beginning, which
point is on the Government meander line; thence North
13°50'00'' East 141.51 feet; thence South 88045'36" East
215.65 feet; thence South 01°14'03'' West 140.00 feet;
thence North 88°45'36'' West 246.48 feet to the point of
beginning; TOGETHER with tidelands of the second class,
as conveyed by the State of Washington, situate in front
of, adjacent to, or abutting thereon. Situate in Kitsap
County, Washington.

quarter of Section 15, Township 24 North, Range 1 East,
W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Southeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter; thence North 48 feet;
thence East 333.72 feet to the West line of a tract of
land conveyed to Bernard E. Hallquist and Ardis Hallquist,
his wife, by Deed recorded under Auditor's File No.
827129, extended South; thence South 78o02' East along
a line that is 15 feet Southerly and parallel with the
South line of said Hallquist tract, a distance of 105.48
feet, more or less, to a point of intersection with the
East line of said Hallqdist Tract, said East line of
Hallquist tract .also being the West line of that certain
tract of land conveyed to Arthur T. Waaga by Deed recorded
under Auditor's Tile No. 792572, extended South; thence
Southeasterly along a line that is 15 feet southerly and
parallel to the South line of said Waaga tract to a point
of intersection with the South line of said Southeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter, Section 15, Township 24
North, Range 1 East, W,'M.; thence West along said South
line to the point of beginning; EXCEPT roads. Situate
in Kitsap County, Washington.

(R-2) to Residential-One (R-l).
