Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and they hereby are.;~.'iamend'ed'in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter I thereof as follows:,
The West 95 feet of the following described
property: That portion of the southwest 1/4 of the
Northwest 1/4 of Section 1, Township 24 North,
Range 1 East, W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said South-
west 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; thence North 3°51'40''
East, along the Westerly llne thereof, 30.02 feet;
thence South 88o32'57" East, parallel to the Southerly
line of said subdivision, 30.02 feet, to the true
point of beginning; thence North 3°51'40'' East,
parallel to the Westerly line of said subdivision
94.59 feet; thence South 88°32'57" East, parallel
to the Southerly line of said subdivision, 324 feet;
thence South 3°51'40'' West, parallel to the Westerly
llne of said subdivision, 94.58 feet, more or less,
to a point South 88o32'57" East of the true point
of beginning; thence North 88o32'57" West, parallel
to the Southerly line of said subdivision 324 feet
to the true point of beginning.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential,One (R-l)
to Business-Three (B-3).
