an emergency.
57{E CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The~e is hereby c~eated within the T~easur~r's Office
of the City of Br~mer~on, a position designated as Operations Clerk at
the rate of $575.00 per month.
Section 2. There is hereby appropriated from the Revenue Sharing
Fund the amount of $5,500.00 for the purpose of paying the salary and
payroll benefits for the balance of 1973.
Section 3. There exists, and is hereby declared to exist, an emer-
gency; and this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public peace, health and safety of the citizens of Bremert~n, and
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED on first reading by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and att. e~ted by the City Clerk in authentication of
