condemnation of a strip of land in
and through certain real property for
the purpose of constructing and installing
a sanitary sewer pipe line; and declaring
an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That for the public health, safety,
and welfare of the citizens of the City of Bremerton, said
City has entered into a program to construct and install
a sanitary sewer pipe line in connection with Local
Improvement District No. 314 and caused to be prepared
general and specific plans therefor.
Section 2. To accomplish the said construction
and installation of a sanitary sewer pipe line, it is
necessary to secure a permanent easement across the following
described property, as follows:
A strip of tidelands fifteen (15) feet in
width, lying seven and one-half (7 1/2)
feet on each side of the following described
centerllne.
Beginning at a point on the projected south
line of the north 62 ft. of Lot 3, Tract 4
of the Plat of Decatur Acre Tracts, Section
13, T 24 N, Range 1 East, W.M., Kitsap Co.,
Washington, said point lying ~26.76 ft. west
of the centerline of Marlow Avenue; thence N
30o05'32'' W, 57.8 ft. to a point on the pro-
Jected north line of the south 50 ft. of said
north 62 ft. of said Lot 3, which point is
457.0 ft. west of the centerline of Marlow
Avmnue.
Section 3. To accomplish the said construction
and installation of a sanitary sewer pipe line, it is necessary
to secure a construction (temporary) easement across the
following described property, as follows:
A strip of tidelands ten feet (10') wide east
of and abutting the above described permanent
easement; also
A strip of tidelands ten feet (10') wide west
of and abutting the above described permanent
easement.

Both strips of land extending from the south
to north property lines of the tidelands
fronting the South 50 ft. of the North 62-ftc.
of Lot 3, Tract 4 of the Plat of Decatur Acre
Tracts in Section 13, T24N, Range i East,
W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington.
Section ~$. The City Attorney is hereby authorized
and directed to proceed immediately with the condemnation
for the above described property in the Superior Court of
the State of Washington for Kitsap County.
Section 5. That an emergency exists and is
hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance is necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health
and safety of the citizens of the City of Bremerton and
this Ordinance should take and be effective immediately
following passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously by the city Council of the
City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by ~/./
