TM C~Y OF ~TON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1572 (as ~ended), Section 14 (F),
is her~y ~ended to re~ as follows:
~) Effect~e as of January 1973 all basic pensions
of presently retired members or their benefi-
ciaries shall be incr~sed 10~ over that ~ount
in effect i~edtately prior to this ~en~ent.
Section 2. That an ~ergency exists and is declar~ to exist
affecting the public peace, h~lth and safety of the citizens of the
City of Br~erton, and this Ordinance shall ta~ effect imm~tately
follo~ng passage and publication.
PASS~ unan~ously on first reading by the City Council of t~
City of Bremerton, signed by the ~yor ag attested by the City Clerk in
