Improvement District No.- 318 ,-providing for the improvement of Ford Avenue
north of 21st Street as described in Ordinance 3114~ providing for tl~e levying
and assessing for the costs and expenses thereof against the parcels and lots
of land within the boundaries of said .improvement district; providing for the
collection thereof; creating and establishing a special fund therefore; and
fixing the date for the issuance of bonds, warrants, or installment notes in
payment thereof.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Assessment Roll for Local Improvement District No.318
providing for the improvement of said Area by the construction of sanitary sewers,
together with the doing of any and all other work in connection therewith as may
be necessary to make such improvement a complete job, all in accordance with the
plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer and as
provided by Ordinance No. 3114, the same is hereby approved and confirmed.
Section 2. That each parcel and lot of land or part thereof, as shown in
said assessment roll is specially benefited by said improvement and that there
be and is hereby assessed against each parcel and lot and 'part thereof and other
property contained in said .improvement district as shown in said roll, including
any property belonging to the City of Bremerton and the respective amounts in
said roll set against each parcel and lot of land and or part thereof and other
property between the termini of said improvement, abutting upon, adjacent or
proximate to said improvement, and such amounts so assessed are hereby declared
to be first lien against each parcel or lot or part thereof against which the
same is assessed in said roll.
Section 3. That for the purpose of this .improvement there is hereby created
and established a special fund to be known as "Local Improvement Fund District
No.. 318". Bonds, warrants, or installment notes bearing interest at ~~_~.
