AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps
.according to Ordinance No. 1792. (Krueger)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
The Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 22, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M.,
EXCEPT the West 15 feet of said property deeded to
Kitsap County for road purposes, containing 2 1/2
acres more or less.
Be and the same hereby is reclassifed from Residential-2 restricted
(R-2) to Residentia!-2 (R-2) subject to the following restrictions:
(1) The development shall be restricted to a
92-Bed nursing home substantially developed
according to the site plan.
(2) All areas shown as open space and landscaped
areas shall remain and shall be continuously
maintained.
(3) The development shall provide proper storm
~.~ ~ drainage facilities in order to dispose of
~. storm water on their own property.
(4) The development shall provide sidewalks, curbs
and gutters on Marion Street.
