AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area
maps according to Ordinance No. 1792. (Brooks)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
That part of Government Lot 4, Section 16, Township
24 North, Range 1 East, W.M., described as follows:
Co~encing at the northeast corner of said
Government lot 4; thence North 73054'23'' West
174.33 feet; thence South 25°36'13" West 300.00
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; the%~e continuing
South 25~ 36'13" West 209.06 feet; thence North
66° 27' West 102.22 feet; thence North 32016'49"
East along the northwesterly side of that certain
tract of land deeded to Herschel A. Brooks and
Betty Ann Brooks, his wife, and recorded under
Auditor's file No. 756061, a distance of 226.13
feet; thence South 55° 30' East along the northerly
side of a concrete wall 76.79 feet to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING.
EXCEPT portion for State Highway along the southerly
boundary thereof.
Be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-1 (R-l)
to Business-~o (B-2).
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
