AN ORDTNANCE amending the use and area maps
according to Ordinance No. 1792. (Gehring)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
The west 324 feet of the following described property;
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of section 1, Township 24, North, Range 1
east, W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point North 3°51'40'' East, a distance
of 124.61 feet and South 88o32'57'' East, a distance
of 30.02 feet from the Southwest corner of said
southwest quarter of the northwest quarter; thence
continuing South 88°32'57'' East, a distance of
624.36 feet; thence North 3o32'28'' East, a distance
of 189.14 feet; thence North 88o32'57'' West, a
distance of 623.31 feet; thence South 3°51'40'' West
189.14 feet to the True Point of Beginning
Be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-1 (R-l)
to Business-3 (B-3).
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
