AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps
according to Ordinance No 1792 (Smith)

THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 1, Township 24
North, Range 1 East, W.H. described as follows;
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said
southwest quarter of the northwest quarter; thence
North 3°51'40'' East along the westerly line thereof
30.02 feet; thence South 88032'57'' East parallel
to the southerly line of said subdivision, 30.02
feet to the True Point of Beginning; Thence North
3°51'40'' East parallel to the westerly line of
said subdivision 94.59 feet; thence South 88032'57''
East parallel to the Southerly line of said subdivision
324 feet; thence South 3°51'40'' West parallel to
the Westerly line of said subdivision 94.58 feet
more or less to a point South 88o32'57'' East
of the True Point of Beginning; thence North 88032' 57"
West parallel to the Southerly line of said
subdivision, 324 feet to the True Point of Beginning,
EXCEPT the West 145 feet.
Be and the same hereby is reclassifed from Residential-1 (R-l)
~o Business-2 (B-2), subject to the site plan attached hereto
and showing the land use restrictions.
(1) The property shall be used for office/service
t y.-oe use.
(2) The development of said proPerty shall be
essentially the same as the site plan, a
copy of which is attached hereto and dated.
(3) The restrictions and obligations herein
imposed are for the benefit of the City of
Bremerton, a municipal corporation, and for all
the property owners adjacent to said property
hereinabove described and lying within 250 feet
of the boundaries of the same and may be enforced
by said parties as covenants running with the
land. These covenants shall be binding upon the
said owners, their heirs, executors, successors
and assigns.
(4) In the event that the City or an adjomng land-
owner within 250 feet of the property~commence
suit to enforce any of the above covenants and
agreement and relief is granted substantially
in accordance with the claim, the developer
agrees to pay all cost incurred and a reasonable
sum for attorney's fees.
