AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps
according to Ordinance No. 1792. (Aimee Bowen)
THE CITY OF BRE~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV., Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
The east 50 feet of the west 145 feet of the
following described property; That portion of the
Southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of
Section 1, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M.,
described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said
southwest quarter of the northwest quarter; thence
north 3~51'40'' east, along the westerly line
~hereof, 30.02 feet; thence south 88032'57'' east,
parallel to the southerly line of said s~division,
30.02 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence
north 3° 51' 40" east, parallel to the westerly
line of said s~division, 94.59 feet; thence south
88032'57" east, parallel to the southerly line of
said s~division, 324 feet; thence south 3°51'40"
west parallel to the Westerly line of said s~division,
94.58 feet, more or less, to a point south 88032'57"
east of the True Point of Beginning; thence north
8~°32'57'' west, parallel to the southerly line of
said s~divisio%, 324 feet to the True Point of
Beginning.
Be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-1 (R-l)
to Business-3 (B-3). To be used to e~and au%o sales lot.
