THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
The North half of the North half of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 2,
Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M., except State
Highway 21 B and except the Easterly 350 feet thereof,
situate in Kitsap County, Washington.
Also Lot 13, Waltenburg Addition.
Be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-1 (R-l)
to Residential-2 (R-2) subject to the following restrictions:
(1) Developer ~:and subsequent owners'are hereby restricted
~rom Drovidin~ any driveway, ~n~ress, e~ress
or other access from the proposed development
to either Hanford or Pearl Streets;
(2) Developer must provide adequate screening for all surrounding
homeowners in the form of vegetation, either
existing or transD!ant, ed, and in the case of
particularly close proximity (10 feet or less
between the property line and proposed structure
or parking lot) p~ovide a six foot fence to
protect the interests of both the homeowner and
the developer.
(3) Subject rezone developed according to site plan~
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
