Ail ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 1792
regarding zoning by addition of new section
No. 1201 setting time for Superior Court appeals.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 1792 is hereby amended
by the addition of a new section, Section 1201 as follows:
Section 1201: The decision of the City Council
shall be final and conclusive unless within thirty (30) days
from the date of said action the original applicant or an
adverse party files an appeal to the Superior Court for a
Writ of Certiorari, a Writ of Prohibition, or a Writ of Mandamus.
The filing of such appeal within such time shall stay the effec-
tive date of the order of the City Council until such a time
as the appeal shall have been adjudicated or withdrawn.
