repealing Ordinance No. 3129, and fixing
the rate of interest on all .general City Warrants
issued by the City of Bremerton.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 3129 is hereby
repealed. ..
SECTION 2: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1939 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1: That all general City Warrants dated subsequent
to the effective date of this Ordinance and issued by the City
of Bremerton against any of the funds of the Cit~ shall bear interest
at the .rate of Six Per Cent (6%) per annum from the date of
presentment of such warrant fo~ payment'at'the office of the City
Treasurer, and his paymeht at the office of the City Treasurer, and
his e'ndorsement of such presentation thereon, until such warrant
is regularly called by nOtice, or 6therwise paid or certified, as
provide~ by law.
