THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Ordinance 3157 is amended as follows:
"Section 1. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed
to establish a Cumulative Reserve Fund for Sewer System Improvements as
of October ~, 1974.
Section 2. An emergency exists affecting the welfare of the citizens
of Bremerton, and this Ordinance shall take effect immediately followin~
Dassage and publication.
PASSED on first reading by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this f ~ ~
