maps according to Ordinance No. 1792 (~).
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Part of the SE Corner of the SW quarter of
Section 15, Township 24 North, Range 1, East.
Beginning at the NW Corner of said SE quarter
of the SW quarter; thence East 264 feet; thence
South 495 feet; thence West 264 feet to the
West boundary line of said SE quarter and
SW quarter; thence North 495 feet to the true
point of beginning. EXCEPT National Avenue.
EXCEPT the South 100 feet.
Be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-1
(R-l) to Business-Two (B-2) according to the following Land
Use Restrictions:
1. The site shall be developed essentially as
shown on the site plan with the following
modifications:
2. The highest roof elevation shall not exceed
the elevation at the southeastern corner
of the property as established by survey, City
of Bremerton datum;
3. A detailed landscape plan ,to be prepared by a
registered Landscape Architect, shall be sub-
mitted and approved by the Parks Dept. and
Planning Dept. prior to the issuance of a
building permit.
4. The planting strip along the eastern property
line shall be increased to a minimum of 10
feet and natural vegetation within that strip
shall remain where safe to do so. This natural
vegetation shall be supplemented by other
plantings, all of which shall be maintained.
