of the Bremerton Municipal Code, relating
to animal control.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION I: That Section 7.04.120 of the
Bremerton Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Section 7.04.120 PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS of 7.04.010-
7.04.130. Any person violating any. of the provisions of
Sections 7.04.010 through 7.04.130 or who shall create, keep
or maintain any nuisance as herein defined, shall upon convic-
tion thereof be fined in any sum not exceeding three hundred
dollars or imprisoned in the city jail for a period not
exceeding ninety days, or both such fine and imprisonment, in
the discretion of the court; and for each act herein prohibited,
of a continuing nature, each day shall be considered a separate
offense.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
