AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance 2911 relating
to transit subsidy tax to exempt City Depart-
ments from the levy.
THE CITY OF BKEMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The first sentence of Section 1, Ordinance
2911 is amended to read: "Pursuant to Chapter 55.95 of the
Revised Code of Washington and commencing October 1, 1970, an
excise tax hereinafter called a transit subsidy tax is levied
in the amount of 60{ per month per housing or business unit
(except City Departments) within the City of Bremerton".
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
