AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 2485 and
amending Section 12 of Ordinance No. 2099 re-
lating to regulation of installation and use
of oil burners, oil storage tanks, oil stoves;
providing for permits, inspection and fees.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2485 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. SectiOn 12 of Ordinance No. 2099 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 12: PERMIT FEES.
Oil Burner fees:
Replace barrel $2.00
Heater 2.00
Heater or range~and barrel 4.00
Tanks 110-500 gal. 6.00
Over 500 gal. 8.00
Furnace and ducts 6.00
Conversion burner 4.00
Furnace replacement 5.00
APPROVED on first reading this 7th day of August, 1974.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
