Municipal Code, relating to Closing Out
Sales (Ordinance No. g68)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That Sections 5.12.010; 5.12.020;
5.12.030; 5.12.040; 5.12.050 and 5.12.060 of Chapter 5.12
of the Bremerton Municipal Code is hereby repealed.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
this .~f/~ay of May, 1974.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this C~ay of June, 1974.
