AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area
maps according to Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
The west 110' of the east 208.12' of the following
described property:
That portion of the southwest quarter of the nort_hwest
quarter, Section !, Township 24 North, Range 1 East,
W.M. in Kitsap CO~ty, Washington, described as
follows: Beginning at a point which is south
88022'39'' east 30.02 feet from the northwest corner
of said subdivision; thence S 3°51'40'' west 175.13
feet; thence sou~ 88~22'39" east 338.38 feet,more
or less, to the ~sterly margin of Maple Avenue;
thence south 3032'28" west along said westerly margin
of Maple Avenue, a distance of 207.02 ~feet; thence
north 88032'57" west to a point which is south
3°51'40'' west from the true point of beginning
Be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) and Residential-Two (R~2) to Business-Three (B-3)
according to the following Land Use Restrictions:
I. The parcel of land approximately 100 feet in
depth on the SW corner of Maple and Hollis St.
will remain residential.
2. There will be no openings for access to Maple Ave.
3. The existing trees and vegetation on the 100 ft.
strip will be retained.
APPROVED by the City ~°~cil on the first reading
this ~%ay .of May, 1974.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Hayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this ~day of May, 1974.
