An ordinance to vacate portion of that alley
on Wheaton Way requested by Donald Parkhurst.
THE CITY OF BRE~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of
Bremerton in its regular session of April 24, 1974, by motion
declared its intention to vacate the alley right of way to
reduce it from 14 feet in width to 12 feet in width.
That portion~of the public driveway which runs
East and West in the Plat of Bremerton View
Addition, as recorded in Volume 4, Page 107,
Kitsap Coun~F, Washin. gton, abutting Lot 2 of
said plat, except the southerly 12 feet.
and set the 12th day of April, 1974, as the date upon which
to hear objections to said va~ion proceedings, and directed
notice of hearing to be posted and given in the manner and
form provided by law.
SECTION 2. That all of the above described portions
of the alley be, and hereby are, declared vacated.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is directed to certify
a copy of this Ordinance and to file the same for recording
with the Auditor of Kitsap Co~ty, Washington.
APPROVED on first reading this /~day of May, 1974.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of
the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by
the City Clerk in the authentication of such passage this ~ day of May, 1974.
