relating to the ~ater Department budget
by adding a section thereto appropriating
additional funds.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 3101 is hereby
amended to add Section 5 thereto as follows:
Section 5: There is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated cash balance of the Water/Sewer Fund the
sum of $700.00 to the Water Distribution Department item -
Professional Services and $6,500.00 to Wastewater Treatment
Department item - Professional Services for the payment of
cost increases on contracts to Kramer, Chin & Mayo for Reservoir
Covering Study (Contract 1331) and Sewage System Study (Contract
1280). :'.~aid appropriations to be in addition to the amount
of $2,104,340. appropriated in Section 1 of this ordinance,
entitled Water Sewer Fund.
APPROVED on first reading this ~ day of
April, 1974.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of
the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested
by ,the_City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
