as amended by Ordinances No. 1700, 1879,
2198 and 2719, to provide for Shop Rates
and Parts pricing in the Municipal Repair
Garage in accordance with regulations es-
tablished by the Office of the State Auditor
as published in the Intergovernmental Services
Manual released September 28, 1973.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1591 as
amended by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1700, Section 1 of
Ordinance No. 2198 and Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2719, be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 3. There shall be employed by the City Council
of the City of Bremerton, a chief mechanic, an accountant
and such other employees as shall be necessary to carry
out the function of the Municipal Garage Department. The
accountant shall be responsible to make a strict itemized
account of all labor and materials furnished by the department
on each vehicle or piece of equipment repaired or rebuilt,
and each department of the City of Bremerton shall be billed
as computed on the basis of a shop rate calculated on the
annually approved budget for the Municipal Garage and in
accordance with regulations established by the Office of the
State Auditor as published in the Intergovernmental Services
Manual released September 28, 1973. The Chief Accountant of
the City of Bremerton shall be responsible for calculation
of the shop rate. Such charges or monies collected from
city departments shall be credited to or deposited in the
Garage Fund.
SECTION 2: That Section 3A of Ordinance No. 1591 as
amended by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1879 shall be repealed.
SECTION 3: That Section ~ of Ordinance No. 1591 as
amended by Section 2 of Ordinance ~]o. 253B shall be repealed.
SECTION 4: That Section 8 of Ordinance No. 1591
as amended by Section 8 of Ordinance No. 1700 shall be repealed.
