AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps according to Ordinance
No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity
with Title IV, C~apter 1 thereof as follows:
That Part of Government Lot 2, Section 13, Township
24 North, Range 1 East, W.M. Beginning at the
intersection of the North line of 9th Street,
formerly Union Street, and the West line of Pacific
Avenue, thence North 91.3 feet; thence West 87';
thence South 91.3'; thence East 87' to the True
Point of Beginning.
(Commonly known as 903 Pacific and 506 9th)
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Business-Three (B-3).
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
this 3~?Mday of January, 1974.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authenti-
cat~n of such passage this day of __, 1974.
