ordinances 3193, 3207 and 3266 for Fiscal Year 1975
appropriating additional funds in the Park Depart-
ment, and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DGES ORDAIN:
Section II
That Section 14 is hereby added to Ordinance 3185 as
follows:
Section XIV
Based on an unanticipated receipt of $5,160.00, donated
by the Bremerton Central Lions Club for Park Department facilities
this amount is appropriated to Park Department 533 10 63, any un-
expended balance (not to exceed the amount herein) will by resolution,
be reappropriated for the 1976 budget.
That an emergency exists affecting the public peace, health,
safety or~ welfare of the citizens of the City of Bremerton, and this
Ordinance shall take affect immediately following passage and publica-
tion.
PASSED unanimously on first reading by the City Council of
the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this /O f~ay of December,
1975.
