~AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area ~aps according to Ordinance
No. 1792. (American Legion Post)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinace
No. 1792, be and amended in
they
hereby
are,
conformity
with Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northwest
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12,
Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M.; thence
South 89003'36'' East, along the centerline of
Sheridan Road, 331.53 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence North 1°31"12" East, 333 feet;
thence South 89003'36'' East, 145.24 feet? thence
South 0056'50" West, 333 feet, more or less, to
the centerline of Sheridan Road~ thence North
89003'36" West, along the centerline of Sheridan
Road; 148.57 feet, more or less~ to the true point
of beginning~ subject to a right-of-way 30 feet
in width for road purposes for Sheridan Road
(County Road 927) extending along the entire
southerly boundary of the above described parcel
of land, all of said property being in the County
of Kitsap, State of Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Business-Two (B-2)
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
