ordinances 3193 and 3207 for Fiscal Year 1975
Appropriating additional funds in the various funds.
THE CITY OF BREMERT~N DOES ORDAIN:
Section I
That Sections 8 thru 13 are hereby added to Ordimance 3185
as follows:
Section VIII
Based on the grant of $23,060. for the Governor's Counter
.measures (DWI) program this amount is distributed in the General Fund
as follows:
Police ~epartment - Salaries $18,560
City Attorney - Salaries 4,500
Due to the continuing nature of this grant any unexpended balance (not
to exceed the amount appropriated herein) will by resolution, be re-
appropriated for the 1976 budget.
Section IX
The sum of $21,000. unanticipated revenue and $5,000. surplus
appropriations in General Miscellaneous (~3,500.00 account 519 90 42 17
and $1,500.00 Account 519 90 42 04) is hereby appropriated to the
Municipal Garage account, supplies purchased for resale Account 595 10 24.
Section X
The sum of $3,800. unanticipated revenue is hereby appropriated
to the repair and maintenance budget of the Equipment Rental Operating
Fund.
Section XI
The sum of $1,380. is hereby re-appropriated from General
Miscellaneous item 519 90 42 15 to the Fire Fighting~'gquipmentB~dl~.
Section XII
Based on extension of the program and un-anticipated revenue
the CETA II budget is increased by $7,800.00 for salaries and wages.
Section XlII
The CETA VI Fund is hereby established with an anticipated
revenue of $75,000.00 and salaries and b~mefits expenditures in the
amount of $75,000.00 are hereby appropriated.
