THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 2978 is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2952
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to Planning Commission
Resolution No. 205, the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be, and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Chapter 1, Section 4, thereof as follows:
Lots 1 to 5 inclusive, Block I, Plat of Oyster Bay
Addition~to Port Orchard Navy Yard, according to
plat recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, page 63, in
Kitsap County, Washington~ EXCEPT that portion
granted to the State of Washington for highway by
deed dated April 11, 1942, under auditor's file
No. 359521. TOGETHER WITH that portiqn of vacated.
Edith St. adjoining, which upon vacation, attached
to said premises by operation of law.

(R-l) to Business-Three (B-3) subject to the following conditions:
1. Development of the site for interim use shall
be essentially the same as the site plan attached hereto
marked "Exhibit A".
2. Access. to the property shall be from Kitsap Way
and National AVenue with approval from the Police-Traffic Department.
