AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 325
relating to Public Health and Safety.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 325 is hereby
a~ended by adding a new section 56 B to read as follows:
Section 56 B. Penalty FOR VIOLATION OF SECTIONS
39, 40, and 41. Any person~ or persons violatin9 any of
the provisions of Sections 39, 40, or 41 shall be punished
by a fine of not less tha~ $300.00, or by imprisonment for
not less than 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
this ~%ay of October~ 1975.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this ~F~ay of October
1975~
