THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Part of the Northeast quarter Northeast quarter
commencing at the Southwest Corner of the North-
east quarter of Section 11 Township 24 North,
Range 1 East, running North 0045'44" East 32
rods North 89"33'13" East 10 rods South 0°45'44'~
West 32 rods South 89°33'13" West 10 rods to point
of beginning except the South 50 feet as right
of way for Sheridan Road.
Be and the same hereby is recl.~ssified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Business-Two (B-2) subject to the following conditions~
1. That the site be developed essentially in
accordance with the site plan attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A".
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
this/j'Lf~ day of October, 1975.
PASSED by the City Council of the citY of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this ~/~ay of October, 1975.
