AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area
maps according to Ordinance No. 1792. (PATSY'WALKER)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV~ Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Lot 4, block 1, Amended Plat of Sheridan Park,
Fourth ~dditionr recorded at Volume 9, Pages
1, 2, and 3 records of Kitsap County - situate
in Kitsap County, Washington.
Be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Residential-TWo (R, 2) with the following c°nditions~
1. That the site be developed for one ten-unit
structure essentially in accordance with
the site plan attached marked Exhibit "A",
including landscaping and screening.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
this _~ day of October, 1975.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this ~~'~ day of October, 1975
