of Ordinance No. 2838, Uniform Building
Code of 1973 by restricting deductions
from building permit fees.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES OP~AIN:
Section 1. Section 270 of Ordinance No.
2838 which amends Section 303 of the Uniform Building
Code, 1973 edition, is amended by adding thereto Section
303 (e) to read as follows:
Section 303 (e). Regardless of how estimate
cost is determined for a building or structure, no de-
duction shall be made of the cost of any electrical, plumbing,
heating or other installations for which a separate permit
is required.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 1st ~eading
this day of October, 1975.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this ~ day of
