AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance Numbers 2892
and 3029 to provide for changes in Land Use
Restrictions recorded as a part hereof.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton previously adopted
Ordinance Nos. 1792, 2892 and 3029, and
WHEREAS, Conifer Developments, Inc. filed an application
for amendment of the Land Use Restrictions previously adopted
and thereafter public hearings were held pursuant to duly
publicized and advertised notice; now, therefore, the above
cited ordinances are hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance No. 1792
be, and they hereby are, amended in conformity with Chapter 1,
Title IV thereof as follows:
All of Tract 14, Sylvan Park, as per plat recorded in
Volume 6 of Plats, Page 45, records of Kitsap County;
EXCEPT the West 225 feet thereof; AND EXCEPT that
portion beginning 225 feet East of the Northwest
corner of said Tract 14; thence East 105 feet; thence
south 70 feet; thence West 105 feet; thence North 70
feet to the point of beginning; Situate in Kitsap
County, Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Residential-Two (R-2) subject to the land-use restrictions as
agreed to between the City of Bremerton and the applicant, the
original of which is attached hereto and by this reference made
a part hereof which restriction shall constitute covenants running
with the land above described.
APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton on
first reading this ~day of October, 1975.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
