AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance Numbers 2891 and
3028 to provide for changes in Land-Use Restrictions
recorded as a part hereof.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton previously adopted
Ordinance No. 1792, Ordinance No. 2891, and Ordinance No. 3028,
and
$~EREAS, Conifer Developments, Inc. filed an application
for amendment of the ~and-hse ~estrictions previously adopted and
thereafter public hearings were held pursuant to duly publicized
and advertised notice; now therefore the above cited ordinances
are hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be, and they hereby are, amended in conformity with Chapter 1,
Title 4 thereof as follows:
The West half of Lot 17, EXCEPT the East half; and the
West half of Lot 18, EXCEPT the East half; Sylvan Park,
as per plat recorded in Vol. 6 of Plats, Page 45, records
of Kitsap County; situate in Kitsap County, Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l) to
Residential-Two (R-2) subject to the land-use restrictions as agreed
to between the City of Bremerton and the applicant, the original
of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof
which restriction shall constitute covenants running with the land
above described.
APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton on
