AI'] ORDINANCE amending Subsection
c of Section 2 of Ordinance No.
3187 relating to levying of tax upon
gambling.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 2 Subsection c of
Ordinance No. 3187 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(c) Amusement games, in the amount of the gross
receipts therefrom, less the amount of money paid in cash,
and paid for merchandise, actually awarded as prizes during
the taxable period, multiplied by the rate of five (5) per
cent of the first $2,000.00 and ten (10) per cent of ~uch
receipts over $2,000.00."
APPROVED by the City Council on this 1ST day of
OCTOBER, 1975.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton~
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
