THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance No. 1792
be and they hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Lots 1~ 2, 3, 4, 19 and 20, Block 2, Third Addition to
Sheridan Park, as per plat recorded in Volume 8 of
Plats, Page 64, records of Kitsap County; Situate in
Kitsap County, Washington AND Parcel 21, Block 2,
Third Addition to Sheridan Park, as per plat recorded
in Volume 8 of Plats, Page 64, records of Kitsap County,
Situate in Kitsap County, Washington,
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Business-Two (B-2) subject to the following condition:
1. That the site be developed for a Medical Center
essentially in accordance with the site plan attached hereto
and marked Exhibit "A".
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
/~day of October, 1975.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ~7~ay of October, 1975.
