AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2988
by adding Section 9 relating to Special
Police Officers.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2988 is hereby amended to
add Section 9 as follows:
"Section 9. Denial of Appointment. Conviction of
a felony, misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor involving moral
turpitude may be grounds for denial of an application."
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ~~ay of August, 1975.
