THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and they hereby are, amended in conformity
with Title IV, Chapter t thereof as follows:
Lots 12, 13, 14, and 15 of Block 1 of the Plat
of Third Addition to Sheridan Park as per plat
~. -.~ recorded in Volume 8 of Plats, pages 64 to 67,
..... Plat Records of Kitsap County, Washington.
Also~ that portion of Lot 16 of Block 1 of said
Plat Of Third Addition to Sheridan Park
described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 16;
thence S. 2 48'25"W. along the east line of said
Lot 16 for a distance of 207.47 feet to the
True Point of Beginning; thence continue S.2 48'25"W
43.00 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 16;
thence S. 62 41'00"W. 46.84 feet to the south-
west corner of said Lot 16; thence N.20 43'47" W.
along the west line of said Lot 16 for a distance
of 170.00 feet; thence S.29 51'34"E. 113.04 feet;
thence N.85 48'34"E. 47.74 feet to the true
point of beginning.
Contains 1.432 acres, more or less.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Business-Two (B-2) subject to the following conditions:
1. That the site be developed for a medical office
building essentially in accordance with the site plan attached
hereto and marked "Exhibit A".
2. That screening concerning the south property line
be worked out between the petitioner and the adjoining property
owner.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
