THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTIO_______~N 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof, as follows:
The South 40 feet of the East 295 feet of
Lot 27, Block 1, Brentwood Park; EXCEPT the
East 190 feet thereof.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Business-One (B-l) subject to the following restrictions:
1. The parcel shall be used only for an access road.
2. Adequate screening of the roadway shall be provided.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
~-day of July, 1975.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ~ay of J~ , 1975.
