THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity
with Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof, as follows:
Lots 9, 10 and 11, Cohen's Addition, Northeast
quarter of the NorthWest quarter of Section
14, Township 24, Range 1 East, W.M., Situate
in Kitsap County, Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Residential-Two (R-2) with the following restriction:
1. That the site be developed for one 12-unit residential
structure essentially as shown on the site plan attached hereto
marked "Exhibit A", with .screening as required.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
