THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter I thereof as follows:
Lots 7, 8 and 9, Block 1, Union High School
Addition to the Cities of Bremerton and
Charleston as per plat recorded in Volume
3 of Plats, page 85, records of Kitsap
County
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Residential-Two (R-2) subject to the following
restrictions:
1. That the site be develoPed for one 4-unit
residential structure essentially as shown on the site plan
attached hereto marked "Exhibit A".
2. That vehicular access not be provided to llth Street.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
this 7~daY of July, 1975.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authenti-
cation of such passage this/~7~ay of July, 1975.
