THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the South-
west quarter of Section 14, Township 24 North, Range 1
East, W.M., described as follows: Beginning at a
point which is 290 feet East of the Northwest corner
of the West half of the Northeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said
Section 14; thence South 133 feet; thence East 130
feet; thence North 133 feet; thence West 130 feet
to the point of beginning; EXCEPT the North 30 feet
thereof for road, in Bremerton, Kitsap County,
Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Business-Three (B-3), subject to the following
restrictions:
1. That the site be developed as a parking lot,
substantially as shown on the site plan for the 130 foot fronting
on 6th street.
2. That view reducing screening be placed along property
lines adjacent to residentially zoned or used properties.
3. That all traffic flow shall be onto 6th or Naval.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
